Sealed Privacy Policy

Sealed is a marketplace for buying and selling LEGO sets, minifigures, and related items. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.

• Account: email address, username, display name, and password (stored by Firebase Authentication).
• Profile: optional photo, bio, meetup city/area, and whether you are set up to receive payouts.
• Listings and media: titles, descriptions, prices, set details, and photos or videos you upload.
• Messages and offers: chat text, images, meetup pins, and offer amounts between buyers and sellers.
• Location: approximate area or a meetup place you choose. We ask for location only while you use the app, to show distance and set meetup pins. We do not collect background location.
• Device and usage: basic app diagnostics and, on web, standard browser data needed to run the site.
• Payments: card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s pages. Sealed does not store full card or bank account numbers.

We use this information to run your account, show listings, send messages and offers, complete sales, pay sellers, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve Sealed. We do not sell your personal information.

Checkout and seller payouts are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data they collect. Sealed keeps only what we need to match a payment to a listing, buyer, and seller.

• Other users see the public parts of your profile and listings (name, username, photos, listing details, ratings).
• Service providers: Firebase (Google) for accounts, database, storage, and hosting; Stripe for payments and payouts.
• Legal and safety: we may share information if required by law or to protect users from fraud or harm.

Some pages on this website embed videos from YouTube. If you play one, YouTube may collect information under its own privacy policy.

We keep account, listing, chat, and sale records while your account is open and as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet legal requirements. You can email us to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.

You can update profile details in Settings, turn off location permission in system settings, and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Sold-order records may be kept without your name where we are required to retain them. You can also email contact@stuka.xyz.

Sealed is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email contact@stuka.xyz and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version in the app and at sealedbrick.com/privacy.
